Tax Lien Property question for Franklin County, Ohio?
Friday, November 13th, 2009I heard that Ohio would an excellent state for tax lien certificate sales except that the sales limited to institutional investors that can afford large packages of liens. What is exactly a "institutional inverstor"? is it a real estate agent or something??
