Foreclosures and tax liens?
Sunday, March 7th, 2010In the process of doing some research for someone I have become aware of tax lien and foreclosure auction.
regarding tax lien properties, this seems like a really complicated area to be involved with. what I dont quite understand is how people lose their properties for not paying taxes. im from the u.k and the council tax is approx £1500 approx00 i guess. what sort of tax bills are people losing their homes for.
Are property taxes higher in the u.s , how are they arrived at. is it based on property value?

properties from the current owner prior to the foreclosure
process, or buys it at the auction held by the county.
I am interested in his program (.95 cost), but need to know
how detailed and "easy-step-by-step procedure" his program
really is. Would I be wasting my time with his program???
