Would I be charged transfer tax to deed my Nevada investment properties in to a Nevada LLC?
Tuesday, March 9th, 2010I recently formed a Nevada LLC to hold my investment properties in Nevada. I was told that I can quit claim deed my properties into the name of the LLC. Would I be charged any transfer tax by doing so? The deed is usually a minimal - but transfer tax can be hundreds of dollar.

I'm 18 &have about 7k that I invest in something that I want to get over 10%, what should I invest in?
Tuesday, March 9th, 20104options I know I can do… and is easy
CD at about 4-5%
Money Market 4-5%
Savings- not a investment
Bonds(bank)- no not enough return
Tax Liens Certificates- I am looking into trying this but first I have to research it and study it more.
Real estate- don’t have the assets and money to rent a house out.
Stocks- Not enough info and dont know anybody to make educated decision
Real Estate Investment Trusts- maybe, got to look into that better
what should I invest in?
if you know some good info of how you buy tax Lien Certificates and you have a real good website to see the one’s in any area or just have a few good tips for me that would be great.

how do i check for a tax lien on a property?
Tuesday, March 9th, 2010i ve got an opportunity to rent a house for a nice deposit then a lump sum at the end of the year ‘to cover his back taxes’. no month to month payment till after the lump at the end of the year. however, the wife is worried the house will be foreclosed on cause of back taxes. can we find any of this info out, and where?
the city is sunset hills, mo. if that helps/matters

Tax deed sale question.. People with experience or in the know answer?
Monday, March 8th, 2010My question is simple.
I own a tax deed on a piece of real estate that I got dirt cheap. I’m curious to know this: If the previous owner steps up and wants his property back - can he just take it back? What is the process for him to take it back? Shouldnt he at least have to pay me back the taxes that he didnt pay? The taxes and liens that were in default? I already know about tax deeds and how to buy them, etc.. I’m wondering what happens if the owners steps up and wants his property back?

Monday, March 8th, 2010What about Matthew 6:1 through 6:8 where it says when you give to God, to do so in secret, another words don’t ask for a tax credit etc. that’s not giving, that’s investing for a future return, and when you pray, don’t stand in front of other people while you do so, just so you can look the part of being a holy person… it even goes on to say in plain text, to do both of those deeds “IN SECRET”, so why all the fuss about having to give to some man made organization or societal Jesus club, money to do “GODS WORK” when its God who in fact, does all the giving in the first place, and who in this world thinks they are so good and omnipotent that they are able to do Gods work in the first place?
And you might also ask yourself this question… how on earth can a person give a gift in “SECRET” if the gift is solicited?
I postulate that if you have true faith in our Lord God Jesus Christ then you WILL get down on your knees and pray for him to feed ALL the needy and it will be done… if you don’t have this “FAITH” in our Lord God Jesus Christ then of course you will say this is pure hooky and a chase after the wild winds. I also say that if you truly want peace on earth then you WILL get down on your knees and bring about this desired “PEACE” through prayer in “SECRET” and it will be as He said it would be, Matthew 21:21 Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have FAITH, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done!!
