Will someone on the deed only qualify for the first time homebuyer tax credit?
Posted by taxliensOk here is the scoop, I currently own a home I bought in 2007 which is my primary residence. I am in the process of buying a home with my Sister (never owned a home). It will be both of our primary residences. I will be the only one on the mortgage because I am the only one working. She will be on the deed only, will she qualify for the credit?
