investing in tax foreclosed real estate, whether it is in tax liens, tax deeds, or home foreclosures. I am thinking of doing one of these,which one is better and why?

Im interested in that answer to…. sorry I couldnt give any real tips. From what i understand with deed you completely own the property, liens its more of a investment with the government and/or state and foreclosures I guess your just buying the house at a much lower percentage then its original cost.
