Can I protect my tax refund from my husband’s tax liens if we were to file seperately?

Apparantly husband has two liens against him and found out about them after we married. I don’t want my money to pay for his back taxes, child support, or whatever. I know, his tax lien becomes my tax lien but is there a way?
